UGC cannot be redeemed again

Question: I have $20 in Ultimate Game Card (UGC) money, when I put $10 dollars in, Nexon decided the card had been redeemed, and can't be used anymore.


Answer: Go to the place where you pay by cash, and click the login button on the top right  (between Choose Language and Help), you can create an Ultimate Pay account with the same email address you've used for Nexon, etc. And sign in. You can then use the points to pay.
