Question: I tried to enter a Shadow Mission or Dungeon and received the message "Monster Server is Down", what's wrong?
Answer: When the monster server goes down, they won't let you enter missions or dungeons, because if you are able to get into a mission like Tailteann Defensive Battle Elite, and nothing shows up to fight you, you win. If you enter a dungeon and the monsters don't show up, keys drop. Makes things pretty easy, right?
You can change channels if you want to dungeon or mission, as this usually only affects a few channels. Or you can choose to commerce (no bandits to fight) or mine in Hilwen, or collect in Shylienn.
Question: Where is Madoc? or any other roaming NPC? Where are the chickens, roosters, foxes, lions, tigers, and bears, oh my? Everything that has to spawn to be there, any moving NPCs all disappear when the monster server goes down. Same answer as above.
