Question: I just bought VIP service, and now my VIP service is gone. It's only been a couple of days, or just yesterday?
Answer: When you go to buy VIP service it lists the price as 14,900 NX for 30 days. When you click to buy it, it says "1,490 NX" for 1 day. You have to pull down and click on 30 days when you go to purchase it.
It is a dick move on Nexon's part to make it go automatically to 1 day, after showing you the price for 30 days. You can look in your previous purchase history to tell which one you bought. You can try sending in a ticket, maybe they'll do something someday.
